The concrete pump wear plate is a part of the S-shaped pumping distribution valve, which is connected to the concrete delivery cylinder. The moving part S tube is driven by the swing cylinder to swing from one side of the concrete cylinder port to the other side of the concrete cylinder port, and the cutting ring is attached to the S tube. The spectacle wear plate swings and forms a switching friction pair with the spectacle wear plate. Due to the rapid swing of the cutting ring, the spectacle wear plate and the ready-mixed concrete are strongly worn, and at the same time it has to withstand the impact force generated when the stone is cut. The main failure modes of the wear plate are wear, fragmentation and block failure. The wear between the wear plate and the cutting ring is abrasive wear. First, it is manifested as the cutting ring and the orifice of the wear plate. The edges and corners are blunt, and a smaller arc is formed face wedge-shaped mouth, with the increase of the abrasive particle size involved in the wear, the wear gap will also increase, when the gap is large to a certain value, the construction will be affected by serious slurry leakage. And as the pumping height increases, the impact shear of the plate will increase, the wear will be more severe, and it is prone to chipping.
