Spectacle wear plate and cutting ring are a kind of vulnerable parts that are used in conjunction with concrete machinery equipment such as trailer pumps, pump trucks, and truck-mounted pumps. During the conveying process of the concrete, the cutting ring and the wear plate alternately run between the two feeding holes due to the feeding and feeding back and forth. The wear plate and the cutting ring interact with each other, which will cause frequent collisions. Therefore, it needs to be replaced frequently. How to replace the cutting ring of the glasses plate correctly? 

1. Replacement of cutting ring: If serious slurry leakage occurs when pumping concrete, which affects normal operation, you should consider replacing the cutting ring.
a. Turn off the diesel engine, cut off the main power supply, release the pressure of the accumulator, and take out the hopper screen.
b. After removing the baffle of the bolt, loosen the nut by 20mm, please do not loosen too much, otherwise when the S tube is moved back, the S tube sleeve (on the discharge port side) will exit from the dust ring in the bearing seat , The seal is damaged, the mortar cannot be sealed, and the service life of the S tube is affected.
c. Loosen the nut and remove the discharge port.
d. Pry the S tube toward the exit direction. Make the gap between the cutting ring and the wear plate reach about 20mm, and take out the cutting ring.
e. Check whether the rubber spring installed is worn or not, if it is damaged, please replace it at the same time.
f. Install a new cutting ring.

2. Replacement of wear plate:
a. Repeat the process of replacing the cutting ring.
b. Unscrew all the mounting bolts of the wear plate respectively.
c. After a little shake, the wear plate can be taken out.
d. Install the new wear plate, and tighten the wear plate mounting bolts respectively.

Note: Excessive wear of the cutting ring may cause slurry leakage or pipe blockage. At this time, new accessories should be replaced as soon as possible to avoid damage to the cutting ring.
